- In cooperation with our business partners throughout Japan, we will advance the SDGs by working to popularize the Hotto Raku-na Ie.
Hotto Raku-na Ie specifications
Hotto Raku-na Ie has the following three specifications.
- Standard specifications
- Design & Plan (D&P) specifications
(Specifications incorporating sophisticated design and standard British floor plans into the standard specifications) - ZEH (Zero Energy House) specifications
(In addition to the standard specifications, specifications that meet the ZEH standards, by which the annual energy used and the energy created cancel out to zero)
Contribution to the SDGs
- Hotto Raku-na Ie provides a high level of CO2 emission reductions (about 1.4 to 1.5 tons per year), achieving energy savings while allowing you to maintain your existing lifestyle.
- It is not only environmentally friendly as a low-carbon system with highly efficient energy use, but also resilient in the event of power outages, and can reduce the load on the electrical grid and cut peak demand through on-site power generation.
- Furthermore, ZEH specifications can promote the introduction of renewable energy.
