ANNOUNCING EXECUTIVE PERSONNEL CHANGES

GYXIS CORPORATION (President, Representative Director: Fumiaki NOKURA) today announced the following executive personnel changes.
The changes in the members of the Board will become effective following the adoption of the resolutions at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and a meeting of the Board of Directors in March 2023.
